Great way to kill time.

On its foundation, very solid and fun game. Mechanically enjoyable, matchups can be a bit unbalanced, but overall a fun 1 on 1 experience that doesnt force you to buy into their micro-charge system if you just want to play for free. Of course there is a greater edge to the in-game purchasing but still fun for free players. But then the new tournament mode, currently in Fail 2.0 mode, is horribly misleading and a complete rip off and even after "clearing up" the situation with an in-game newsletter its still not clear at all. Dont be misled thinking your tournament fee purchase will buy you 9-18 holes of what Im sure could be a great experience. THEY ARE ENTRY FEES! YOU WILL PAY THAT MUCH TO PLAY EVERY HOLE OF THE TOURNAMENT! BEWARE OF THESE SHIFTY DEALINGS AND STAY IN 1 ON 1 MODE FOR THE BEST BANG FOR YOUR COINS EARNED! Shame on the developers for misleading now in redux in a desperate cash grab for suckers that want longer games and full courses. Be more honest with your approach before your app tanks from your trickster dealings. I will continue to play this very good game but be very wary of this scam.

So... its a great app. Graphics and design are good. The introduction of tournament play is why Im rating 3 stars instead of a previous 5. The tournaments require 1 of 2 things: Stay glued to your device and play game non-stop to earn coins for fees, or break out your card and blow a fortune on the purchase of coins. Entry fees are ridiculous, especially when your level is high. Making purchases to enjoy the overall experience of playing the fine game is not something Im willing to continuously do and I would imagine many feel the same.

I love this game there is no mess ups and it is just like clash royal but with golf
